Gobliocus
Gobliocus are bipedal, cat-like humanoids with large ears and fur that varies depending on regions of other planets. Their skin is translucent and their blood is blue. Males have antennae and are bigger than females. Females do not have antennae and are slightly shorter than males. Their eyes have rectangular shaped pupils.
Mountain Gobliocus
A subrace that are native to the mountains of other planets
Description:
They have short, thick fur to keep themselves warm in high altitudes. The fur comes in varies of shades of gray and brown. Their eye color varies from amber to a bright yellow.
Tundra Gobliocus
A subrace that are native to the tundras of other planets.
Description:
They have long, white fur to keep themselves warm in the snow and ice. Their eyes are either green, blueish-green or a light blue.
Common Gobliocus
A subrace native to urban areas, deserts, coastlines, forests, and fields of other planets.
Description:
Their fur is greenish-gray in color with stripes. They have yellow-green eyes.
- Baby Gobliocus (also known as Whelplings or Puppies) are birthed from bird-like eggs and sound like kittens
- Their behavoir is very much cat-like
Gobliocus Body Language
- Happy (Tail upright, ears perked up and trilling; sometimes purring)
- Sad (Flattened ears and frowning)
- Angry/Upset (Flattened ears, hissing, growling, fur puffed up and tail thrashing)
- Frightened (see Angry/Upset; runs away with lowered tail)
Gobliocus Sign Language
Their speech is often described as "verbal keysmash"; there is no known translation. The only way they can communicate to non-Goblici is to use sign their sign language, which does have a translation. Gobliocus Sign Language sometimes integrates Body Language in their signing.
- Hello (wave one hand with perked ears and tail)
- Goodbye (a salute with two fingers ending with a peace sign)
- Yes/I agree/Good (positioning hands horizontally and waving them at the shoulders in a "u" shape)
- No/I disagree (head tilted with one ear flattened)
- Me (pointing with hand to oneself)
- You (pointing/gesturing with tail to you)
- Them (swaying tail slowly)
- We/"You and I" (pointing with hand to oneself and then to you)
- I like/respect you/We're friends (Index and thumb in a shape of an "L" pointing to said friend)
- I love you (Tail touching loved one's side, tail or head)
- I trust/believe/support you (Tail touching one's side and hand touching shoulder)
- Thank you (Smile and three fingers of dominant hand on matching side of face)
- I'm sorry (Left hand on head also tilted to the left)
- Bad (Both ears flattened and shaking head)
- Why?/What?/Where? (Tilts head to the left)
- I'm in pain/hurting (baring teeth and pressing ears back)
- Are you sure?/I don't understand/Say that again (Tilts head to the right)
- I don't know/Denoting a question (Shrugs)
- And (Is moving the Right Hand to the Right of the Body)
- Or (positioning both hands horizontally, moving them up and then moving them down)
- But (Moving Left Hand in a semi-circular motion)
- Small/Short/Less (Index finger and thumb almost touching)
