Dr. Collins: "How are you doing today, Ms. [REDACTED]?" D-5442: "A little better." Dr. Collins: "That's good to know. Are you still experiencing hallucinations?" D-5442 shakes her head. Dr. Collins: "Good. Now, Ms. [REDACTED]. Can you remember the time that we put you in a cell with the entity?" D-5442: "Yes, but I rather not think about it." Dr. Collins: "I'm sorry, but we need more information about that day." D-5442 goes silent. Dr. Collins opens his journal. Dr. Collins: "How were you feeling when meeting the entity?" D-5442: "Like I couldn't breathe or that I was out of breath... I shook it off as nerves. Before... my episode... I had a dream about... my... well, what I saw in my hallucinations. I was in my childhood home and I saw him everywhere. In the TV, in framed photgraphs that were supposed to be of my family. He then later pushed me downstairs into my basement as shut the door where everything caught on fire." As D-5442 recalled her memories, Dr. Collins writes in the journal.
